Scan

The cover should be closed for reliable format recognition.

The scan is sent to the e-mail address of the Campus Card holder. You will then receive an e-mail with the scanned documents as a PDF attachment.

Click on the "Send" button in the main menu.

Under "Destination", please select "Scan2Me". Confirm the selection with "Close".

You can now select settings such as color, paper type, format, scaling, etc. Press the "Start" button to print the documents you have ordered.

You can also save files that you have scanned directly to a USB stick or SD card.

Insert the USB medium (USB stick, SD card) into the slot.

Press the "USB drive" button in the main menu.

Now press "Save file" at the top left of the data carrier menu.

In the following menu, specify the desired settings.
You can select the color, the resolution, the degree of brightness, the print output and the format.

Click "Start" to begin the scan, which is saved directly as a file on the data carrier you have selected.
