To return to the user interface for all your projects, simply click on the collaboard icon in the top left-hand corner.

You need to generate a link that guests or verified users can use to join the project. You can do this directly from the project or go to the user interface.

Please check whether either "Single" or "Multiple" is selected in the "Select" area. You have probably selected "Draw" and therefore cannot move around.
Tip: If you press the "R" key, you can quickly switch between "Single selection" and "Range selection".

The Collaboard area is quite large. Therefore, you may only see a white page after logging in. To find the desired area, you can either zoom out and then zoom in on the area with objects or select the correct location on the mini-map in the bottom left-hand corner to move directly to it.

You can lock objects by clicking on "Lock" in the object selection via the three dots. To undo this step, click on "Select" in the left sidebar and activate "Select locked". You can now select and unlock the object again. It is then advisable to deactivate the "Select locked" function again.

Unfortunately, the system does not allow you to customize the names of guests. However, you can require participants to register free of charge so that it is possible to assign who is on the board and actively participating.

When creating the invitation link, you can set different access and editing rights for the user groups "Registered users" and "Guests".

If you want to change the size of a shape such as a circle without it becoming an oval, you must hold down the "Shift" key on your keyboard (above the "Ctrl" key) and drag the object to the desired size.

The tool is operated via the browser, so it makes no difference whether you are using a MAC OS or Windows.

The tool is compatible with all conventional browsers, in particular Google Chrome, Microsoft Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.

Unfortunately, this function is currently not supported by Collaboard. It is still necessary for you to log in with your UniAccount via the browser and use Collaboard in this way.
