In the joint project TRegKS - Transformation Network Kassel Region, our specialist area investigates and supports change agents, i.e. all those who support and initiate the necessary processes of change towards digitalization and sustainability within organizations.

Our focus is on the people involved in project management, i.e. portfolio, program and project managers.

At this year's network summer party, we were able to present interim results, among others under the eyes of Umut Sönmez, State Secretary in the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport, Housing and Rural Areas. From our side, Prof. Dr. Timo Braun and Joana Gerstle also took advantage of the many networking opportunities at this event.
