The colloquium discussion focused on current research questions arising from the projects at hand. Topics such as sustainability in the project context, project-based organizations in the context of transformations, mindset, leadership and behavior in projects as well as the integration of project management and systems engineering were discussed in depth. In addition, the focus was on questions relating to attention, target systems and empirical design.

The aim here was to formulate research questions more clearly, further develop designs and establish viable research approaches.

From systematic research and literature work, to the differentiation between gap-spotting and problematization, to theory-building research and a paradigm of "dancing with the field" in qualitative case study research, central methodological approaches were explored in depth and reflected upon in intensive discussions during the colloquium.

In addition to the scientific contributions, the colloquium also provided an opportunity for personal exchange and to strengthen the scientific team. Baking pizza together in the new premises, a hike to the Herkules and a joint dinner concluded the day with a successful balance of work and community. These moments made it clear once again:

Strong research is created in a strong, trusting and cooperative team!
