New LSR Dosing System at UNIpace

KRACHT – FLUID TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS has provided the UNIpace Application Center at the University of Kassel with a liquid silicone rubber dosing system on loan. 

The SilcoStar HYDrive 20 SMART is particularly well-suited for processing medium-sized containers and, thanks to its small footprint, offers significant advantages for laboratory use; the system is also highly user-friendly. The system’s hydraulic drive enables the processing of a wide range of materials without pressure issues. 

UNIpace will use the system in research projects involving the foaming of LSR and in multi-component injection molding of hard-soft composites.
