The Kassel economic region is facing considerable challenges as a result of the mobility and energy transition, particularly for the dominant automotive and supplier industry. The Transformation Network Kassel Region (TRegKs), founded in June 2023, supports this change through networking and knowledge transfer with the aim of developing the region into a sustainable and innovative technology location. One focus is on sensitizing project managers as change agents to accompany transformations in their companies.

The sub-project "Change Agents: Raising Awareness of Change" is dedicated to raising the awareness of project managers as key players in the transformation of companies in the automotive industry in order to implement change in a structured and efficient manner through targeted project management and to meet the challenges of digital and sustainable transformation; this project was taken over by the Department of Project Management in Digital Transformation in April 2024 and promotes readiness for the necessary change through various events.
