Short description

Within this project the implementation of renewable energy technologies for supply of process heat within breweries was analyzed. Therefore energy concepts for breweries were analyzed in ccoperation with GEA Brewery Systems. Besides the utilization of solar process heat, additional heating technologies for the utilization of organic by-products were considered.
