Willkommen in Kassel… einer Stadt, die mehr als 1100 Jahre alt ist. Aber wie viel von dieser Geschichte kennen wir? Willst Du herausfinden, wie Kassel ent-standen und gewachsen ist? Welche wichtigen Figuren der Geschichte ihre Zeit in Kassel verbracht haben? Was Kassel so wichtig macht für die deutsche und vielleicht auch für die europäische Geschichte? Wir finden all diese Antworten im Stadtmuseum Kassel bei einer Führung von unseren Tutoren! Daraufhin tau-chen wir in die Geschichte der Kreierung unseres Universums ein in Kassels neuem Planetarium, welches sich in der Orangerie im schönen Karlsaue- Park befindet.

Anmeldung:

  • Jede Exkursion erfordert entweder eine Teilnahmegebühr oder eine Kaution, die bei der Anmeldung in bar bezahlt werden muss.
  • Kautionen werden nur an diejenigen zurückerstattet, die an der Exkursion teilnehmen!
  • Zu den Exkursionen könnt ihr euch montags von 13 bis 15 Uhr im Welcome Centre des International Office (Campus Center im Raum 2128.a) anmelden.

Welcome to Kassel! It’s a city more than 1100 years old but how much of this history do we know? Do you want to know how Kassel was founded and how it expanded? Which important figures of history spent their time here? What makes Kassel that important through the German and maybe also European history? We will find all these answers in the City Museum with a nice guided tour by our tutors! Afterwards, we will dive into the history and creation of our universe in Kassel‘s new planetarium which is located in the Orangerie castle in the beautiful park Karlsaue.

Registration:

  • Each excursion requires either a participation fee or a deposit which has to be paid in cash at registration.
  • Deposits will only be refunded to those who are participating in the excursion!
  • You can register for the excursions on Mondays between 1 and 3 pm at the International Office’s Welcome Centre (Campus Center in room 2128.a).
