Requirements:

University degree in nanosciences (Master in Nanostructure Sciences/Nanosciences) with at least good grades and extensive practical experience in organic synthesis chemistry. Extensive experience in the preparation and characterization of molecular wires is a mandatory requirement as well as the confident application of modern chemical analytical methods (NMR, MS, UV/Vis, fluorescence, DLS). Computer skills (MS-Office, ChemDraw on Mac platform) are desirable, especially for carrying out web-based database searches; willingness and ability to work independently, good written and spoken English, experience in supervising students and instructing technical staff.
