Project team member in the Graduate Academy (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H

As part of the project, you will be responsible for supporting the development of an online platform for further qualification events for early career researchers. Your tasks include

Tasks:

• Needs assessment for the online platform
• Communication, feedback and visualization of the needs of the commissioning departments
• Interface between the programming side and the application side
• Moderation of the different needs of the departments and institutions
• Support in the design of the roles and rights concept

Requirements:

• You have completed a university degree in science
• You have very good communication, moderation and visualization skills for needs assessment
• You have experience in the administration of continuing education programs and their modules and events
• Experience in handling and maintaining databases
• Basic knowledge of data protection law and experience in handling personal data
• You show a high degree of initiative and personal commitment and your way of working is independent, self-reliant and goal-oriented
• It is an advantage if you have knowledge of university organization and the further qualification of junior researchers
