Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is limited until 30.09.2020 to work on the "Kolearn" project (§ 14 para. 1 sentence 2 no. 1 TzBfG). An extension is being sought.

 

Tasks:

  • Administrative and office organization: All correspondence (also in English), in independent and autonomous conception, appointment organization, file management etc. in the "Kolearn" project
  • Independent administrative support of personnel processes (especially in the context of new hires, continued employment, vacation/sick leave) of employees in the "Kolearn" project.
  • Financial administration in the "Kolearn" project (call-off of funds, advance of funds, reallocation of funds)
  • 2nd level support during the test phase, during the implementation of workshops and during system use in the "Kolearn" project
  • Collaboration in the organization of seminars, symposia and conferences in the "Kolearn" project

Prerequisites:

  • Completed vocational training in an administrative or commercial profession
