Electrical engineer (m/f/d), EG 11 TV-H or state-certified electrical engineer (m/f/d), EG 9 a TV-H - in the Construction, Technology and Real Estate Department

Tasks:

• Responsibility for the strategic building maintenance of the electrical trades, assessment of the need for refurbishment and the need for technical conversions, e.g. for new professorships to be filled in the electrical trades (high and low voltage technology including safety, communication and lighting technology as well as conveyor technology)
• Planning, tendering, cost calculation, awarding and construction management of the electrical trades for renovation and conversion projects in the buildings of the 8 locations as well as for smaller new buildings
• In addition to working on your own projects in cooperation with our architects, you will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the supporting electrical engineering offices and various project participants

Requirements:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering (e.g. Bachelor/FH or Diploma I) - if employed as an engineer - or
• Degree as a state-certified electrical engineering technician - if employed as a technician
• Several years of professional experience in building renovation and maintenance as well as project coordination
• Quality, deadline and cost control as a matter of course in previous activities
• Very good AVA and CAD skills, ideally in the programs California, Autocad and Treesoft
• Strong communication and cooperation skills as well as a high degree of service orientation
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team
• Independent and goal-oriented project management
• Confidence in appearance and dealing with people at different work levels
