10th Kassel Project Management Symposium - Optimizing project success in transport infrastructure projects

Since 2003, the "Kassel Project Management Symposium" has been held every two years at the Department of Project Management at the University of Kassel under the direction of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Konrad Spang. At this year's symposium, which is being held for the 10th time, the success of transport infrastructure projects will be discussed and examined in terms of the key success factors (stakeholder and environment management, integrated knowledge management, risk and opportunity management, integrated project controlling, partnering) and their interrelationships.

The event will take place at the Schlosshotel Wilhelmshöhe. Due to the current situation, a special phased planning concept has been developed. Based on the current situation at the time of the event, the symposium may be held in a hybrid format.
