2 Research Assistants (m/f/d), up to EG 13 TV-H - in the field of Theory and Empiricism of Health Care

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee.

One position is initially limited for 3 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years (qualification position according to § 65 HHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG).

The second position is limited for 3 years (qualification position in accordance with § 65 HHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG). An extension is being sought.

The possibility of a doctorate is given for both positions.

Tasks:

You will support the Department of "Theory and Empiricism of Health Care" in its research and organizational tasks and independently conduct courses of 2 SWS. In teaching and research, the department represents the field of empirical analyses of institutions and actors in the health care system as well as the resources and restrictions of those affected. Work on your own academic qualification (doctorate) is part of the position.

Requirements:

• Completed academic university studies in a social or health science subject, with at least good results
• Sound knowledge in the fields of health system analysis, public health research, health care, health promotion, public health services, possibly social work and health
• Knowledge of empirical social research methods; experience with SPSS is desirable
• Interdisciplinary scientific skills, ability to work independently, organizational skills and social competence

Advantageous:

• Professional experience in the healthcare sector
• Very good written and spoken English skills
