Part-time with 25% of the regular working hours of a full-time employee.

The central institution 'Servicecenter Lehre' (SCL) supports and advises all lecturers at the University of Kassel in the production and use of high-quality blended learning content. This includes video productions to accompany courses, the central learning management system Moodle, the implementation of electronic self-assessments and exams and coaching to accompany teaching. This promotes a university-wide range of modern teaching formats.

Since June 2014, lecturers and students at the University of Kassel have had access to an e-assessment center with 116 workstations for electronic exams all year round. These can be used for electronic examinations and self-tests. With a good 12,000 written exams per year, the e-assessment center is well utilized.

The position is designed to consolidate the infrastructure of the e-assessment center and the consequent implementation of electronic examinations in existing e-learning systems and course development.

Your tasks

• Individual coaching of professors in the conception and production of e-exams and their curricular embedding
• Advising and supporting lecturers in the development and implementation of competence-oriented e-exams and e-self-assessment teaching projects
• Training and advising teachers on the Questionmark™ Perception™ e-assessment software used
• Development of innovative electronic examination scenarios and their exemplary preparation for information purposes

Your requirements:

• A very good university degree in educational sciences
• Completed relevant additional qualification in counseling (preferably NLP training)
• several years of experience in didactic coaching of teachers in the field of e-assessments and e-learning
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of settings for competence-oriented e-assessments with the Questionmark™ Perception™ software through publications
• demonstrable experience in conducting university didactic workshops on the topics of "competence-oriented testing", "examination didactics and quality management in e-examinations"
• Extensive knowledge of the Questionmark™ Perception™ software, proven through many years of application work
• Proven in-depth knowledge of the quality development of electronic exams
• excellent communication and self-organization skills, strong teamwork skills and a high level of compatibility with university structures and working methods

Advantageous are:

• Experience in the implementation of infrastructure projects in the field of e-assessment
• Experience in the implementation of e-exams at universities
