Further training for teachers: Career and study orientation from a developmental psychology perspective

Pupils perceive career and study orientation as an existentially significant question that requires a good answer. Orientation is not a one-off event, but a longer process that takes place during a difficult phase of life: adolescence.
The event will look at the phases of study and career orientation for young people against the background of the challenges of developmental psychology and reflect on the roles and opportunities that parents and teachers can have in this process.
