Research assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the field of human resources management and organization studies

Part-time with 75.00 % of the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited for 3 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years (qualification position according to § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given.

Tasks:

• Academic collaboration in research and teaching in the field of Human Resource Management and Organization Studies
• Independent work on a research sub-area in the field of "Organizational Resilience"
• Supervision of projects in the department to improve teaching
• Support in applying for third-party funding projects
• Preparation and implementation of courses, also in English
• Committed cooperation in the preparation and implementation of empirical research projects

Requirements:

• University degree in business administration with good to very good grades. The required degree must be available by the date of employment at the latest.
• Outstanding thesis in a subject area of management theory
• Sound knowledge of qualitative research (own empirical study)
• Excellent written and spoken English (experience abroad)

Advantageous are:

• Experience with the publication and conference presentation of scientific papers, especially in the field of "Organizational Resilience" or comparable topics
• Initial experience in the preparation of third-party funding applications
• Experience with innovative teaching projects and/or the technical creation of e-exams
• Previous work at a department/chair in the field of business administration
• Own teaching experience
• Typo-3 knowledge
• Completed courses at the Department of Human Resource Management and Organization Studies
