Exhibition: Otti Berger & Ludwig Hilberseimer "On the horizon"

In the birthplace of textile designer Otti Berger Zmajevac in Croatia, the non-profit association BREZA and Baranja Alternativa are planning to build a cultural and educational center. This will be based on her fiancé Ludwig Hilberseimer's design for the Growing House, as realized by the University of Kassel as a self-construction design/build project in Dessau in 2019 and in Kassel in 2021. As part of the cooperation between the Croatian initiative and the Department of Architectural Theory and Design, Prof. Philipp Oswalt, at the University of Kassel, a pop-up exhibition and series of events on Otti Berger and Ludwig Hilberseimer will now take place in the Growing House in Kassel, which is operated as a TRACES research station; including lectures, weaving course, performance and talks.
