Teacher as Pedagogical Assistant (m/f/d), A13/A14 - at the Institute of Music

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited until 31.01.2021.

Tasks:

Organization and implementation of school internships (practical school studies; block internship) as well as the implementation of practice-oriented courses for students of music for secondary levels I and II.

Prerequisites:

Degree in the subject of music (teaching degree for grammar schools or for lower and intermediate secondary schools), second state examination and at least three years of school practice after the second state examination. Experience as a contact teacher or mentor is desirable.

The secondment/partial secondment as a pedagogical employee from the school service is initially for a probationary year and can be extended by up to 4 further years if the candidate proves his/her worth. In accordance with the Ordinance on the Scope of Teaching Obligations of Academic and Artistic Staff at Universities in the Federal State (Teaching Obligations Ordinance), the standard teaching obligation is 9 course hours for almost exclusively teaching activities and 7 course hours for predominantly teaching activities.
