Research Assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the Department of Technology and Innovation Management

Part-time with 75.00 percent of the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited for 3 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years (qualification position according to § 65 HHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given. An extension is being sought.

Tasks:

The position will be responsible for continuing academic education as well as supporting and conducting research and teaching in the areas of Technology and Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship. This includes working on publication projects and preparing, following up and supporting the teaching of courses.

Requirements:

• An above-average academic degree, preferably in industrial engineering or business administration, with a clear focus in line with the subject area profile
• A keen interest in research and practice-oriented issues as well as strong methodological and analytical skills
• High level of commitment, strong communication skills, confident manner in dealing with people at different work levels and good organizational skills
• Very good command of English
• First own experience in the field of empirical research work is an advantage
