Exhibition opening: "Women renew Havana"

The exhibition "Women Renewing Havana" with photographs by Christine Heidrich will be accompanied by guest lectures by Prof. Dr. Sylvia Claus (BTU Cottbus) and Prof. em. Dr. Mary Pepchinski (TU Dresden). The exhibition and the parallel website launch are being organized by Prof. Vronskaya's Department of History and Theory of Architecture. The project website "Women Building Socialism"(www.womenbuildingsocialism.org), which was created as part of the "Second World, Second Sex" project, will go online on the same evening.
