Research Assistant (EG 13 TV-H) - in the Department of Technology and Innovation Management

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited for 1 year as part of the project "Qualifying and securing skilled workers in the future digitalized world of work: Multimedia teaching and learning arrangement for the adoption of ICT technologies in the skilled trades" (§ 2 para. 2 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given. An extension as well as an increase will be sought in the event of an appropriate mid-term position.

Tasks:

The tasks include independent collaboration in the research project.

Requirements:

• An above-average academic degree in business education and economics with a clear focus in line with the subject area profile
• Several years of experience in the implementation and coordination of courses and further education measures
• Several years of practical experience in connection with commercial training
• Experience in processing and supporting the acquisition of third-party funded projects
• A keen interest in research and practice-oriented issues as well as strong methodological and analytical skills
• a high level of commitment, strong communication skills, a confident manner in dealing with people at different work levels and good organizational skills
• very good knowledge of English
• initial experience in the field of empirical research work is an advantage
