Symposium "The future of nursing (professions) - from crisis to attractiveness in Kassel"

There is currently a great deal of pressure to act in the care sector and in the care professions: working conditions, vocational training and the shortage of skilled workers are currently the subject of intense debate in practice, science and society.

The symposium is dedicated to the care labour market in four subject areas, is intended to provide an overview of care policy activities in the region and network the stakeholders involved:
Subject area 1: Care profession reform: consequences for qualification
Subject area 2: Working conditions in care
Subject area 3: Mobilizing employment reserves in care
Subject area 4: Governance and labour relations in care

In workshops, the topics are explored in greater depth by theory-practice tandems, consisting of scientific impetus and practical commentary, in order to record and further develop the regional situation. Each workshop is offered twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
