Research Assistant (EG 13 TV-H) - in the field of Fundamentals of Law, Private Law and Economics of Civil Law

Part-time with 66.67 percent of the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is limited until 30.09.2021 as part of the project "DeGeb - Decarbonization of the building heating sector" (§ 2 Abs. 2 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given. An increase to 75.00 percent of the regular weekly working hours is sought.

Tasks

• Scientific collaboration in the above-mentioned project
• in the case of the desired increase from state funds, also academic collaboration in research and teaching in the field of Fundamentals of Law, Private Law and Economics of Civil Law

Prerequisites:

• Academic university degree in economics or business studies with good to very good results or a degree in law with an additional qualification in economics with at least satisfactory results or a comparable degree with corresponding success
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German

Advantageous are:

• Previous knowledge in the field of economic analysis of law
• for economists and economics graduates: good knowledge of law, for law graduates: good knowledge of microeconomics
• Thorough and independent working methods
• a high degree of organizational skills
• experience in dealing with interdisciplinary research
