Research assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the field of business informatics

The position is initially limited until 31.03.2021 as part of the "Nudger" project. (§ 2 Abs.1 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given.

Tasks:

• Collaboration and research in the field of the third-party funded project "Nudger"
• Working on interdisciplinary issues with renowned partners from science and practice as part of the research project and in cooperation with the Research Center for Information Technology Design at the University of Kassel (ITeG)(http://www.iteg.uni-kassel.de)

Prerequisites:

• University degree with good grades in economics, business informatics, business education, industrial engineering, computer science or related subjects. The required degree must be available by the recruitment date at the latest.
• High level of commitment and interest in high-quality research in one of the above-mentioned areas
• Knowledge in one or more areas:
  • Quantitative and qualitative methods of empirical research; requirements management / requirements
  • Engineering, Service Engineering / Service Management
• Creativity and openness to work in interdisciplinary projects as well as willingness to cooperate with partners in science and practice on a national and international level
• Enjoy taking on responsibility
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a team and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Knowledge in the areas of IT innovations, ubiquitous computing, collaboration engineering/computer-aided collaboration and Industry 4.0

Advantageous are:

• Knowledge in the field of industry/work 4.0
• A high degree of organizational skills
• Thorough and independent working methods
