Plant market around the tropical greenhouse

Finally back after a two-year break: on Sunday, April 24, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., connoisseurs and enthusiasts will visit the plant market in Witzenhausen. Everything revolves around gardens and greenery. Whether carnivorous or fragrant plants, cacti, vegetables in old and new varieties, wild perennials, herbs, shrubs or trees - everyone will find something new for their garden, balcony or patio. You can also visit the teaching and learning garden and the tropical greenhouse.

Over 30 exhibitors will be taking part in the market, including some old favorites and some new ones. Plants are available from the Antonijevic nurseries, Walsetal tree nursery, Demeter farm Lichtenborner Kräuter, Flamenco, Härtl, Hiemer, Karnivoren Kulms, K&K Stauden, Naturgartenoase Werner, Staudenfreunde Kassel and Gemüsekollektiv Kaufungen. Knofi & so. will be bringing vegetable plants and Witzenhausen specialties. Nass Beekeeping, specialist retailer Hugo Haase, the Asbach dairy sheep farm, Wolff pottery and Welland soaps will also be waiting for guests as usual. The Verein zur Erhaltung der Nutzpflanzenvielfalt and Saaten und Taten Dreschflegel are dedicated to the topics of seeds and variety conservation. Of course, the Wolf pottery and Henner bakery will also be there again. New are the Fehrmann medicinal plant school, Holzartikel C.Hotze and Gartendeko Anjali Göbel and PhantasiaVersand Kuhlencord.

Steinstraße is closed. Parking is available in Wickfeldstraße, An der Schlagd, Am Sande and at the markets in front of the Werrabrücke.
