The professorship is intended to represent topics of school development with special consideration of inclusion pedagogical issues in research and teaching. The focus of the research will be on the design of school change processes at the various levels of the education system in the context of the implementation of inclusive education, with a focus on educational science. The professorship will primarily take on teaching duties in the educational and social science core studies of the teacher training courses (elementary school, Hauptschule and Realschule, Gymnasium, vocational and business education) in the basic and specialization module "Shaping and developing schools and educational institutions". The future post holder should have didactic skills and teaching experience and be able to demonstrate academic publications in the subject area of the vacancy.
