soundcheck concert "Nature - used and sung about"

Under the title of the next soundcheck concert Nature - used and sung about , Dr. des. Anna-Carina Meywirth asks whether nature can still be perceived as an idyllic space against the backdrop of the climate crisis (catastrophes, species extinction) or whether nature must/will be completely restaged in the arts.
In contrast to Schubert's time, when nature was still a romantic place of longing, since the 19th century both perspectives have come together: steamboats are soon sailing on the river sung about by Schubert and from its rock the shepherd not only sees spring, but also an intensively used agricultural landscape.
