Aim of the happy2learn workshop
This workshop lays the foundation for your start in the world of work. We will work with you to search for, find and select the right career option for you and your studies. You will also be provided with various tools and sources of information that will continue to support you in your career planning.

Main topics

• Identifying your own strengths and skills as a humanities, cultural or social scientist - soft skills and hard skills - in a self-reflective manner
• Reflecting on your professional goals and deriving possible individual career paths from them
• Get to know various portals and job advertisements to find a career and evaluate and select the right fit

Gain skills through this happy2learn workshop

• You will learn to assess the professional and personal skills of your degree program in a professional context
• You will gain initial orientation on career opportunities & fields of activity and learn to evaluate them according to relevance and individual fit for you
• You will be able to analyze job advertisements effectively and purposefully for your career orientation

Please bring at least one job advertisement (interesting / appealing to you) - in paper form / printed out - to the workshop!

Special feature
At the beginning and at the end of the workshop, we will include your individual career and selection questions. Thanks to career happiness tools and collaborative exchange, a career guide will be created for you with possible options for your career choice. The workshop enables you to shape your career path interactively and at an early stage and to apply workshop content relating to career opportunities directly to your professional success during your studies.
