7th Science Conference Learning on the Farm: From the crisis into the future - capable of acting on the learning farm

The "learning location farm" (Lernort Bauernhof) describes extracurricular and informal learning locations that offer educational events on agricultural topics. The conference is intended to offer an exchange on learning on the farm between representatives from science, practice and consulting. The aim is to develop impulses for the further development and strengthening of the farm as a place of learning through joint dialogue.
The conference offers a varied program with numerous lectures, interesting workshops and excursions to agricultural learning locations. The focus is on the question of whether and how the farm as a place of learning can contribute to sustainable development and to overcome the multiple crises of the present at various levels.

The conference is being organized in cooperation between the Tropical Greenhouse at the Faculty of Organic Agricultural Sciences at the University of Kassel, the Federal Working Group for Farm-based Learning and the network "Creating transparency - from the store counter to the producer".
