Experimental perspectives | Urban Equipe and Botanica Urbana

In the 'City and Country' experimental series, scientists work together with partners from the city administration and citizens to develop new concepts for the use of land in the city and region. In the lecture series, we want to learn from people who have already successfully contributed to the transformation.

Anna Brückmann from Urban Equipe and Flavio Mancuso and Paula Iniesta from Botanica Urbana will present innovative approaches to urban design. Urban Equipe promotes the democratization of urban development processes in Zurich through publications, campaigns and workshops. Botanica Urbana focuses on reuse in architecture in order to make urban spaces greener and more social. They are currently working on a new use for a rescued greenhouse in Hamburg.
