Round Table "Equality Perspectives in the Science System at the University of Kassel".

Equality perspectives and their implementation in the science system are an important part of the organizational development and organizational culture of the University of Kassel. Initial results of the research project "Equality Consulting" show that the various departments and research areas have very different perceptions and, above all, specific needs and starting points when it comes to implementing equality.

In the context of a round table, there will be a public discussion beyond the boundaries of the departments at the university on how equality can be further developed as a cross-cutting issue and concretized for the different subject cultures.
