Further training for teachers: Innovative digital-based feedback methods

Giving learners feedback on student work or their performance level as part of skills training is an integral part of teaching. However, the positive effects of elaborate and well-structured feedback do not always materialize. This is where it pays to break new ground in digitally-supported teaching. In this workshop, I will introduce you to six variants of digitally supported feedback that have been tried and tested in my lessons. With the help of a smartphone, screen recorder, audio recorder, app, e-pad or interactive task, valuable, differentiated and constructive feedback audios, videos or tasks can be created in no time at all, which can accompany or replace handwritten or verbal feedback. The reaction of my learners was clear - we would like to have more digitally supported feedback. Feedforward instead of feedback!
