Founding an association - does that make sense for us?

When initiatives grow, the question of the appropriate legal form arises for those involved at some point. What structural, legal and tax advantages are associated with founding an association? How much effort does an association require? What are the alternatives?

This free workshop is aimed at students and employees of the university, but is also open to interested parties from urban society. In the morning there will be a general introduction, in the afternoon the specific situation of the groups present will be examined.
