Tasks:

The department of Organic Food Quality and Food Culture is concerned with the sustainability of food and nutrition systems in international comparison. The position includes work on the recording, documentation and analysis of organic food and nutrition systems (organic food systems) under different cultural and geographical conditions. The goal is to describe structures of such socio-ecological systems and identify factors on how the systems can become more sustainable. The work offers the opportunity for qualification (PhD). Independent scientific work at an international level is expected.

 

Prerequisites:

Completed scientific university studies (Master) in the field of Food Business&Consumer Studies, knowledge of working with food systems, very good knowledge of the English language and international experience are required.
