Part-time with 75 percent of the regular working time of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited until 28.02.2021 (§ 2 Abs. 1 WissZeitVG).

 

Tasks:

The position holder is expected to provide academic services amounting to 10.5 SWS of teaching and by participating in research tasks in the Master's programs in Economics, Psychology and Management, Economic Behavior and Governance. The duties further include services in research and in self-administration at the institute. The opportunity for own further scientific qualification is given.

 

Requirements:

  • completed scientific university studies in business psychology
  • in-depth knowledge of business psychology and/or industrial and organizational psychology
  • good didactic knowledge and skills, which can be proven e.g. by appropriate training and/or further education
  • language skills and willingness to hold lectures in German and English language
  • independent and reliable way of working and ability to work in a team
