2 research assistants (up to EG 13 TV-H) - in the Department of Primary School Pedagogy and in the Department of Primary School German Didactics

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The positions are initially limited until 30.09.2021 as part of the sub-project P14 "Mehrsprache(n) -mehr Kultur(en) im Grundschulunterricht: inklusiver Ausbau sprachlicher Fähigkeiten" of the project "Professionalisierung durch Vernetzung - PRONET²" (§ 2 Abs. 2 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given.

Tasks:

• Scientific collaboration in the above-mentioned sub-project of the aforementioned project
• Development and evaluation of study elements in the field of multilingualism
• Independent teaching of 2 SWS as part of the project
• Participation in examinations, supervision of examination papers

Prerequisites:

• Teacher training course for grammar schools, lower secondary schools, intermediate secondary schools, primary schools or special schools completed with at least good results or academic university degree in educational science and German studies completed with at least good results
• Knowledge in the field of language-sensitive pedagogy
• Experience with multilingual school practice
• Very good knowledge of qualitative research methods (desirable: documentary method and qualitative content analysis)
• Interest in and willingness to participate in university development in the field of teacher training
• Willingness for further academic qualification

Advantageous are:

• Knowledge and experience in the field of video analysis of lessons, descriptive statistics, document analysis
• Thorough and independent working methods
• A high degree of organizational skills
• Willingness and ability to work in a team
