Research Assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - Department of Didactics of Biology

Part-time with 35% of the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is limited until 30.09.2020 (qualification position according to § 65 HHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given.

Tasks:

• Research services in biological didactic teaching-learning research within the framework of the department's work
• Conception and implementation of empirical studies with corresponding publications
• Collaboration in teaching and own teaching activities to the extent of 1 SWS
• Participation in the self-administration of the department

Prerequisites:

• Good teaching degree (grammar school; 1st state examination) in biology
• Experience in biology didactics university teaching and in biology didactics empirical research (with quantitative research methods and software, such as R and SPSS)
• Experience in the use of digital media as well as student supervision in the use of digital tools in experimentation

Advantageous are:

• Proven publication experience
• Experience in the preparation and implementation of teacher training in the field of digital media
• A high degree of organizational, teamwork and communication skills
