Cantiamo Piccolo presents: Sweet scent - Familiar sound

Ten years of Cantiamo Piccolo! To celebrate this anniversary, the chamber choir of the University of Kassel under the direction of Andreas Cessak is presenting a special program that will not only allow extraordinary concert moments from the past years to be heard again, but will also bring something new to life.

Looking back on ten years of sophisticated choral music, the concert evening will feature some familiar sounds. The selected repertoire highlights represent the wide variety of choral literature that has been sung on the one hand, while also recalling special events and unusual concert programs from the past ten years on the other.

In addition, a masterpiece never before performed by the chamber choir exudes a sweet fragrance: 'Dixit Dominus' by George Frideric Handel. The choir will be accompanied by musicians from the Staatstheater Kassel.

Both during the interval and after the concert, the choir invites you to join them for a chat, get-together and a drink. A cordial invitation!
