Cantiamo Piccolo presents: Sweet Scent - Familiar Sound

Ten years of Cantiamo Piccolo! To celebrate this anniversary, the Chamber Choir of the University of Kassel under the direction of Andreas Cessak presents a special program, which will not only make extraordinary concert moments of the past years audible again, but will also bring new sounds to life.

On the concert evening, some familiar sounds will be heard as the choir looks back on ten years of demanding choral music. The selected repertoire highlights represent on the one hand the broad variety of sung choral literature and on the other hand remind of special events and unusual concert programs of the past ten years.

A sweet fragrance is also exuded by a masterpiece never before performed by the chamber choir: 'Dixit Dominus' by George Frideric Handel. The choir will be accompanied by musicians from the Staatstheater Kassel.

During the intermission as well as after the concert, the choir invites you to share, get together and enjoy the evening. A cordial invitation!
