Research assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the field of organic agriculture and crop production

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited until 31.08.2022 as part of the project "Influence of biodynamic preparations on soil parameters of experimental sites in France" (§ 2 para. 2 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate or habilitation is given.

Tasks:

• Scientific collaboration in the project "Influence of biodynamic preparations on soil parameters of experimental sites in France".
• Independent sampling of soil and visual assessment of soil structure.
• Independent soil biological and soil physical investigations in the field and in the laboratory.
• Conducting courses in the field of biodynamic agriculture.
• Supervision of student projects and theses.

Prerequisites:

• MSc degree in agricultural sciences or related fields, preferably with a focus on organic farming, in the case of habilitation additionally a completed doctorate in agricultural sciences or related fields.
• Very good knowledge of biodynamic agriculture
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work in an interdisciplinary manner
