"Morning Fails"

An event on the topic of "Learning from failed start-up people". This event will be based on the well-known "Fuck-up Nights" of the start-up scene in Germany and is called "Morning Fails".

Basically, the event will focus on "failure". Failure is generally perceived as negative in the start-up process, but it holds learning potential for entrepreneurs and possibly third parties, such as students. In order to process the experiences of failure, failed entrepreneurs will be analyzed in the course using scientific theories. The narratives of the entrepreneurs will be used and presented as a source of learning opportunities. Among others, Mehmet E. Göker, who was particularly famous for Kassel, and his former MEG AG will be analyzed. But also other founders will discuss their analyses with the students.
