Research assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H, fixed-term, part-time (currently 20 hours per week)

with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited for 3 years with the possibility of extension for a further 3 years (qualification position according to § 65 HHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 sentence 2 WissZeitVG). The possibility of habilitation is given.

Tasks:

• Offering seminars and research workshops with a focus on children's or youth theology in the scope of 2 SWS
• Supervision of the study profile "Theological Conversations", supervision of seminar papers, taking module and final examinations
• Academic services for the subject area with the possibility of further qualification (doctorate or habilitation).

Willingness to participate in academic self-administration and departmental administration is expected.

Prerequisites:

• Academic university degree (first state examination) with the subject "Protestant Religion" (very good to good degree).
• Personal experience with the Kassel research workshops and the mentoring work within the framework of the research workshops (participation as a student and as a mentor)
• When applying for a habilitation: Additionally completed doctorate
• Doctoral or habilitation project in the field of child or youth theology
