The University of Kassel has successfully applied for funding for the project "Professionalization through Networking (PRONET)" as part of the BMBF's "Quality Offensive for Teacher Education". The project is now in the extension phase and has been renamed PRONET2.

- Cooperation with the PRONET project "Making learning levels and learning processes visible with contrasting videos (KONTRAST)" (P29): Testing of teaching videos for language level diagnosis and integration into blended learning offerings
Prerequisites:
- A very good academic university degree, preferably a teaching degree with a completed traineeship in the subjects German, DaF/DaZ or a very good Master's degree in the subjects DaF/DaZ or German studies
- Project experience in empirical research
- Good knowledge, especially in quantitative and qualitative research methods or the willingness to quickly learn the application of complex methodological procedures
- Teaching experience at school (e.g. teaching German as a foreign language in integration courses) and/or university desirable
- Independent, responsible and reliable way of working
- good analytical and communication skills as well as a confident manner, even in front of larger groups
