Research Assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the field of Technology and Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship

Part-time with 75.00 percent of the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is limited until 28.02.2022 with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years (qualification position according to § 65 HHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given. An increase in the employment period is sought.

Tasks:

The area of responsibility includes the own scientific further education as well as the support and implementation of research and teaching in the main areas of the field of technology and innovation management as well as entrepreneurship. This includes working on publication projects and preparing, following up and supporting courses.

Requirements:

• An above-average academic degree, preferably in industrial engineering or business administration, with a clear focus in line with the specialist area profile
• A keen interest in research and practice-oriented issues as well as strong methodological and analytical skills
• High level of commitment, strong communication skills, confident manner in dealing with people at different work levels and good organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of English
