Antiquariat & Verlag in the course of time

Many students of the humanities are interested in working in an antiquarian bookshop or a publishing house. "Antiquariat & Verlag Jenior" has been combining both for years and is also one of the most popular providers of internships in Kassel. In the event, the speaker Pablo Jenior will present the antiquarian bookshop and the publishing house through the ages and the new paths they have taken - for example with web design, branding and content marketing. He will also show how important flexibility and modernization are in order to survive in the digital age. In addition, the speaker will also provide a few practical exercises from the field of antiquarian bookselling and editing.

The event is aimed at anyone who is interested in one or both areas. For students who still have their internship ahead of them, it is a good opportunity to get to know a potential internship provider.

The event will take place on November 13, 2019 at 2 p.m. (s.t.) in Kurt-Wolters-Str. 5 and is expected to last until 4 p.m. The event is also open to interested students from other departments.
