Research assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the field of management in international nutrition science

The position is initially limited to 2 years (§ 2 para. 1 WissZeitVG). An extension will be sought.

Tasks:

• Scientific collaboration in research and teaching (4 SWS) in the field of value-oriented corporate management and the management of value chains in the agricultural and food industry
• Scientific collaboration in projects of the department (in particular project monitoring and impact analyses in the project "Innovation Networks Resource Efficiency")
• Support of the department in the management of the Graduate Center for Environmental Research and Teaching (temporary assumption of coordination tasks)

Requirements:

• Completed academic degree in the field of economics/social sciences or agricultural/environmental sciences (with a focus on social sciences) with very good to good grades
• Completed or almost completed relevant doctorate
• Research interest in the field of sustainable corporate management and value chains
• Good knowledge of empirical social research methods
• Fluent in English
• Team player with own initiative
• Initial publication experience is desirable
