Research assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the field of supply chain management

Part-time with 65.00 percent of the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited for 3 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years (qualification position according to § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given.

Tasks:

Academic collaboration in research and teaching (2 SWS) in the field of supply chain management. The tasks include content-related and conceptual collaboration in teaching, research and self-administration. In teaching, various courses in production, logistics and supply chain management are to be supported. In research, collaboration on the research focus "Sustainable Supply Chain Management" is expected. Preference should be given to further work in the field of multi-tier supply chain management or digital technologies and supply chain management.

Requirements:

• Academic university degree in economics with a focus on supply chain management, completed with good to very good grades. The required degree must be available by the recruitment date at the latest.
• Good knowledge of empirical research methods
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Good communication skills
• Thorough and independent way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office

Advantageous are:

• Experience in leading tutorials
• Willingness to travel to collect data
• A high degree of organizational skills
