Talk on the ASL tour: Art zone in the middle of the city, necessary for the city and society?

In summer 2021, the garden of the Hugenottenareal in Kassel became an art zone with a temporary stage and various places to linger. This newly created space developed from an informal meeting place into a lively and attractive venue for art, culture and community. As part of a collaboration with Silvia, Marén and Lutz Freyer, co-initiators of the Hugenottenhaus art and culture venue, the garden of the art zone was made available to students of design and building theory as a field for experimentation.

On the occasion of the end-of-semester exhibition Rundgang, participants discuss the art zone in the middle of the city. Talk partners:
