Central first semester welcome

Dear first semester students,

The winter semester 2023/24 is starting and we look forward to welcoming you all to campus in person. To make your start to student life easier, I, the City of Kassel, the Studierendenwerk, the General Students' Committee (AStA) and other important contact points would like to welcome you as first semester students at the University of Kassel.

From 5 p.m. Welcome by:

• the President of the University of Kassel Prof. Dr. Ute Clement
• the Lord Mayor of the City of Kassel Dr. Sven Schoeller
• the Managing Director of the Studierendenwerk Kassel Christa Ambrosius
• Representatives of the AStA (General Students' Committee)

The welcome will be accompanied by music from the duo Großmann & Beyer.

With music and free drinks , there will be the opportunity to exchange ideas and get to know fellow students

At the information market , many institutions of the city, the university, the Studierendenwerk and other organizations will introduce themselves, offer a lot of information and materials and have little surprises in store.
