FoSS: The social law advice of the VdK and the realization of social rights

VdK advice dates back to the founding of the association. It forms an important pillar of the association's work and has been placed on a legal basis for the first time since the reform of legal advice law in 2008. In the light of academic discussions, advice appears to play a key role in access to the social security systems. The lecture will focus on the importance of legal advice for access to the social security systems.
